Wedding Ella Bailey Park Magnolia | Andrea + Jim

In 2007 at the start of my professional wedding photography business, I was seated next to Andrea and Jim at dinner, during the wedding of Jess and Adam, some of my first clients. Little did I know that scant three years later I would have the great honor and joy of also photographing their special “surprise” day.  By surprise I mean that Andrea and Jim hosted an engagement party at Ella Bailey Park in Magnolia, inviting all their family and friends and making certain they would attend this auspicious occasion.

It was only after the dinner had been eaten that Jim shocked the guests by announcing that this was in fact the actual wedding.   Shortly thereafter the bride-to-be arrived in style, began her procession and the ceremony was under way. Needless to say….there were many surprised guests!
