We had a small but absolutely delicious coconut cake made by Bella Dolce for our wedding.  Our considered opinion is that this is one of the best – if not the very best – coconut cakes in Seattle.

Since there was not so much as a crumb left to freeze and eat for this year, we purchased another one of their scrumptious coconut cakes in celebration of our one year anniversary this weekend.
